In her role as Assistant Chief Nurse Education, Susie leads the nurse education team and is responsible for the development and delivery of nurse education for the Trust. This includes undergraduate, apprenticeship and post graduate education, as well as the provision for the unregistered nursing workforce. Susie is passionate about clinical education, and ensuring development opportunities are available for all staff. She enjoys working collaboratively with staff and teams across the organisation. Susie led the development and implementation of the CapitalNurse IV Therapy Passport and digital passport development and is a previous Nursing Times Award winner.
