Discover our 2019 award winners!
We are delighted to share with you the winners of the 2019 Nursing Times Awards!
During a spectacular evening of recognition held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London on Wednesday 30 October, we crowned 23 award winners for their hard work and dedication to the profession.
Editor of Nursing Times, Steve Ford, said:
“The Nursing Times Awards showcase the innovation and best practice of nurses and midwives up and down the country, which I hope will be shared widely to improve care. The awards represent a great opportunity to celebrate all that is good about the nursing profession and I would like to personally congratulate all our winners and finalists.
“Hearing about the groundbreaking work being done by nurses around the UK to improve patient care never ceases to amaze me. This is especially true at the moment given the workforce pressures that nursing staff are under in many places.
“Our awards come just a couple months before the start of the International Year of the Nurse and Midwife in 2020, which represents another huge opportunity to promote the great work of nursing staff everywhere.”
Congratulations to our winners, well done to all those who entered the awards and thank you to those who joined us this evening. We would like to say a big thank you to our valued sponsors. Without their support, the event would not be possible.
