Qualified in 2008 at University of Northampton. I went on to become a continence nurse advisor for 7 years in the private sector and in 2018 went back to the NHS. In 2019 I became the Prostate cancer CNS. I completed my masters in 2020 and did my dissertation on my service improvement on Prostate cancer pathway project. Since then I have led on a few projects to help improve patient care. I won a sliver award at BJN 2023 Urology Nurse of the year for my work service improvement and then won the Ingrid Cancer Nursing Time award 2023.
