Andy has worked in healthcare for over 40 years holding a variety of clinical and executive positions in NHS Trusts, and the Independent Sector. He has been privileged to wok at regional and national level supporting a wide range of work including, workforce, retention, Mental Health Legislation and Safer Staffing Andy is currently Interim Chief Nurse at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust
