Lynne is a nurse with over 37 years’ experience of working in the NHS in a variety of roles; including both clinical and management. Her clinical roles have included working in hospital and in the community. Lynne currently works as an advanced clinical practitioner for Derbyshire Community Health Services caring for a dynamic cohort of older persons within a variety of care settings. As well as the clinical aspect of her role, Lynne is involved in teaching with a special interest in frailty. She has also been a member of multi-agency project boards and steering groups, assisting with policy development. She is a peer reviewer and has written articles for a national nursing journal Lynne is a dedicated voice in the promotion of the nursing agenda and patient care. Lynne was awarded a Masters in Advanced Practice over 11 years ago and is a Queens Nurse.
