Dr Peter Carter OBE, PhD, MBA, FRCN RMN, RGN Peter specialised in CAMHS and for 12 years he was CEO of the CNWL Trust & for 9 years was CEO/Gen Sec of the RCN. Since leaving the RCN, Peter has worked as an Independent Healthcare Consultant in the UK and internationally.
