Rhea is a critical care nurse with almost 15 years experience caring for acutely unwell patients. She is a Chief Sustainability Officers Clinical Fellow 23/24 and has taken a year out of critical care to further develop her knowledge of environmentally sustainable healthcare. Rhea's dedication to sustainability started in 2010, leading her to establish a network of like-minded healthcare professionals within her NHS trust and nationally through her Twitter account. Her passion for sustainable healthcare is evident in opinion pieces published in the Nursing Times and the Royal College of Nursing magazine. Equipped with knowledge from courses in carbon foot-printing and sustainable quality improvement, Rhea implements positive changes in her workplace, making a significant impact.
