I have been a paediatric cystic fibrosis nurse specialist for nearly 30 years. I started my general nurse training back in 1984 and went on to complete my registered sick children's nursing in 1993. I am passionate about my role and have worked closely within our trust, and nationally, on developing a transition strategy to ensure young people with all long term conditions get the best transition from paediatrics to adult care
