Currently Head of Professional Practice at The London Clinic and Communication Officer of Filipino Senior Nurses Alliance. Held other roles, including Head of Clinical Education at ENHT NHS Trust and Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust, Critical Care Workforce Training Lead at HEE England- London Training Learning Collaborative, Senior Nurse for Recruitment and Retention and Preceptorship Lead at UCLH NHS Foundation Trusts and Board of Trustee- University of the City of Manila-College of Nursing Alumni Association. He is a DAISY Awards Nurse Educator Awardee 2024, Intensive Care Society Education Award (team), UCLH Staff Award Excellence in Education. Had 2 publications on Journal of Nursing Management & British Journal of Nursing.
