Olesya Kovyzhenko Lead Urology Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital NHS Trust Olesya Kovyzhenko is a Lead Urology Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) at Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital NHS Trust, since September 2018. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, Olesya has built a reputation for delivering exceptional patient care and advancing clinical practice in complex healthcare settings. Prior to her current position, Olesya served as an ANP in General Surgery at Northwick Park Hospital for three years. Her extensive background also includes eight years as a critical care nurse at Central Middlesex and Northwick Park Intensive Care Units. Additionally, she was a member of the Critical Care Outreach Team at for five years, providing life-saving interventions and supporting patients across various hospital departments. Olesya's dedication to advanced clinical practice led her to earn a Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Practice from King’s College London in 2020. Outside of her professional role, Olesya is passionate about fostering innovation in nursing practice and contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care in urology and beyond.
