Consultant nurse / educationalist,
Medway FT Emergency Medicine
Cliff has worked in emergency and acute care for 30 years. This includes providing teaching and development for the Fire and Rescue service as a trauma consultant and for the British Military.
Between 2001 and 2006 she worked as a specialist lecturer in emergency medicine and advanced clinical practice.
During this period, she undertook research centring on the transformation and modernisation of Emergency Nursing. The research led to the publication of my second book and resulted in my return to frontline practice to apply what I have learnt.
For the last 12 years she worked with several emergency departments as a consultant nurse/educationalist. This has been a fantastic opportunity to support others and continue my own development. She regularly undertakes research and shares best practice through publications.
