Gail was born and raised in South America Guyana, where she trained as an RGN. She lived and worked on the Caribbean island of St Lucia for many years before being recruited to work to the UK between 2004-2005 by a Nursing home in Norfolk.
Gail has since worked in various nursing homes in the Norfolk and London areas, where she managed to gain a wealth of experience.
In 2013 Gail began working for the Royal hospital Chelsea as a Senior Staff Nurse mainly as the ward manager of the Dementia unit caring for the retired veterans.
During the latter months of 2020, she was promoted to the position of Deputy Matron.
