Quality Assurance & Improvement Nurse,
An adult nurse by background, Caroline firmly believes in individual empowerment to achieve greatness. With the right skills, knowledge and support, health and social care professionals can have a huge impact on both individuals and systems. This passion led to a career supporting transformation of services in her recent role as Lead Nurse for the nationally recognised vanguard programme in Sutton to improve care for residents in care homes.
Caroline worked alongside care homes, health and social care partners to identify areas for improvement, developing resources and training programs that improved care and empowered nursing and care staff. Caroline is now building on this foundation in her role as Quality Assurance and Improvement Nurse.
Caroline’s Master’s degree and background is acute neurosciences, as ward-based nurse, clinical nurse specialist and departmental educational lead. Caroline is a NMC-registered nurse teacher, recently completing a Darzi fellowship to enhance her ability to lead across organisations and systems.
