My name is Aderonke Ajidahun, I am the lead nurse for preceptorship programme in my organisation. I have worked in various roles as an adult nurse in frontline, management and leadership. I was in a fellowship inclusivity which helps to address gaps in career progression of staff from global community. I am passionate about Equality, diversity and inclusion, as i believe, everyone deserves to be treated with respect, be able to be themselves and have access to opportunity irrespective of their background, or any protected characteristics. I am currently using my position to promote staff wellbeing and support individuals to speak up if they have any concern.
