Kath is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse career spanning clinical practice, education, management, and leadership. As a registered general and children’s nurse, she has made significant contributions to paediatric care and health service development. In her current role as Director of Children’s Nursing at Barts Health, Kath ensures high-quality care for young patients and leads improvements in service delivery. She also drives transformation as Clinical Lead for the 0-25 Programme in North East London Integrated Care System, advocating for integrated and family-centered care. Her passion for education and research is reflected in her position as an Honorary Visiting Professor at City University. As a BCYP Participation Champion at NHS England (London), Kath champions the voices of children, young people, and families, ensuring their perspectives shape healthcare services.
